I can't imagine any cases wherein I pronoune "w" as a vowel the truth is. (It can be origin as "double" the Latin letter 'u' indicates if not perhaps. I believe it absolutely was an Anglo-Saxon later creation upon the inherited Latin alphabet nevertheless.) Definit
